Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Unopened and in its original packaging
  • In the same condition that you received it

Non-Refundable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used supplement bottles
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance

How to Request a Refund

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll send you return instructions and a return shipping label
  4. Ship the item back to us using the provided label

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will:

  • Inspect the product to ensure it meets our return criteria
  • Process your refund within 5-7 business days
  • Issue the refund to your original payment method

Please note: It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@thevitanova.co.uk with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
